Default Kawasaki Help.

I know, i know. Kawasaki? But i picked up a 1996 Bayou 220 for $110 and its not firing. The electric start is burnt up so i have to pull start it. I put some oil in it and some new gas and it cranked after a year of pulling lol. It ran about 40 yards then died and now i cant get any fire.. I have heard it might be the CDI? Or Stator? I have no clue anymore. Help me guys

Hopefully Helmut or someone has a link to a manual for you. If not I'm sure someone has one over on mudbog for you that I can get. There is going to be some testing to do so your not wasting money on parts. Some of the simple things (fuses, kill switch) can be checked without one though.

Sorry, I don't have a manual for the Bayou 220. That's one of the few manuals that I don't have.

No I get no spark at all. I got a little Light tester and I can't get any spark at all to turn the light on... There's not anything showing me in one certain direction.
