I got myself another quad. I just missed having a sport quad. They're just a different bread, even compared to the sport 4x4's. Instant throttle response, great handling, and big bore monster power. What did I get? I traded my 2005 GSXR 750 for a 2008 TRX700XX. I had to stay with Honda, and I really liked the idea of a big bore sport quad with IRS and fuel injection. Even being just over 500lbs, it is noticeably heavier than 450's, but the 686cc motor more than makes up for it and then some. The IRS just soaks up the woops on the train tracks that we ride on. They get pretty gnarl, almost like a motocross track and the 700 almost floats across them. We traded bikes straight up. Even though stock for stock my bike was worth more, he had about $3000 in recent after market upgrades. He had one installed a full Curtis Sparks exhaust, power commander V, uni filter and custom air box lid, powermadd hand guards, full chassis and front and rear Moose skid plates, front 23" and rear 22" Maxxis Razr II tires on ITP aluminum wheels, IMS 5 gallon tank, 13 tooth front sprocket, stage 1 Elka Suspension, and heated grips. So I considered that a clean trade. I took it for a ride today and it just hauls. It will pull the front end up in e every gear, just have to pull up a little harder in 5th gear. Raced my dad while he was on his XT600 dual sport. I out accelerated him, but he would soon pass me and inch away. So far, I'm very happy with the trade, I will have much more fun on this than I ever could riding he streets on the Gixxer. Here are a few picks before the ride.

If the GPS on my phone is right, then I got it up to 76mph today, and did a 1/4 mile wheelie. Its pretty easy to shift the weight on a wheelie even with Razr II's and 5 lbs in each.

is that a burn on ur leg?
i got burned the other day when i went riding my foreman in shorts. lol

Ya, I forgot how big the darn headpipe was. I guess I need to find a heat shield for it.
