Default my other ride, got some ?? Anyone have some answers??

Just picked a suzuki eiger 4x4 up from my brother for 2k. He bought it new and it is a 2006 and only has 300 miles on it.
Having a hard time finding a owners manual or service manual for this ATV.
Question,,,I want to change the oil in it. How many quart's does it take??
Also he only used it for hunting and it had been sitting since last year with a little bit of gas in the tank.
I could smell the bad gas in it.
I drained the tank added 2 gallons of fresh gas and a half of can of Seafoam to hopefully clean out the carb. Also a new plug. It starts with just a little bit of throttle .Takes a few min to warm up,,,are these cold natured and take a bit to get up to riding temp??
Rides fine except at low throttle it will stutter a bit then as I press the throttle more open it runs smooth.
This along with a little bit of backfire and stuttering going down a hill with no throttle. Give it some gas and it smooths out.

Is this trash in the carb???
Thought I would run another tank of gas and some gumout through it to see if it will smooth out.
Or do I bite the bullet and take it in to have the carb pulled and cleaned??
Thanks Guys!!

I'm gonna say yes that its a little cold natured due to most atv's i've dealt with are a little slow at first that are carburated anyway. As far as the manual goes. I've bought mine used off of ebay for about 12 bucks. I don't think anyone is gonna know how many quarts a suzuki holds on here considering its a honda foreman. I'm not being a smart ass just telling the truth. I would start with 2 quarts and work my way up if I were you though.

ok thanks,
I posted on a suzuki fourm and did not even get an answer. Since I'm on here more and at least some of you all know me and would answer.
Probably going to take her in know. This morning it would only idle when started . Hit the gas and it would die. And now it won't even start for me.

My son and I rode last evening and it ran fine. We even raced. He was on my rancher and I on the suzuki. From a dead stop the rancher was out front the whole way. Could not catch him.Probably because of my mods to it. In 1st the wheels came up off the ground. The 400 Suzuki did not.
Now just cruising side by side in 3rd and then hitting the gas the Suzuki was faster. Hit almost 60 on it before I slowed it down. The rancher could not keep up on that race.
My rancher is a 350 anyway and handles better

My 07 and 08 Arctic Cat 400s foot shifter hold 3.25 quarts of oil. I think they are Suzuki built engines might hold the same amount of oil for a Suzuki Eiger 400 if it is a foot shifter and not an Automatic. But I'm not to sure if Suzuki and Arctic Cat are the same or not
