I have just recently rebuilt the motor in my 06 Rhino. I installed a Trinity Racing Big Bore Kit. Now i can not get any water to the return port at the head (no water in Block), also the motor will run smooth at full choke but with no choke it runs rough and will shortly die.
Also when you try to start it the motor will start to spin over and then lock up but you can keep bumping the starter and it will eventually start spinning over again. Could this be due to too much compression or something else?
Any Help??
