Has anyone heard of the new Diesel Quad coming out? It must have lots of torque. Probably not alot of top end though?

Yes, Arctic cat is/are? making them. No they don't have a lot of torque. Numbers are actually less than most big bore quads. Yes they are slow. They are marketed towards farmers and military and probably wouldn't make a very good trail or mud bike. They appear to be designed as a work bike, but I have yet to see a clear advantage other than being able to use diesel which many farmers and a lot of the military uses. Polaris made some back in the day and they flopped horribly. I don't expect great things from them, but I do see a potential monster with the right mods.

Yeah, maybe someday they will be able to develop a good diesel engine for quads. A diesel quad with a turbo sounds interesting.......
