Im getting ready to order a big brake kit with drilled and slotted rotors for my tahoe, but love to take it off into the mud and ponds. I was worried about **** getting stuck in the rotors and fucking up my brakes.Has anyone used drilled/slotted rotors off road? more specifically in mud?my tahoe weighs about 5500 lbs with 37 x 13.5 x 20 in tires and quick stops dont happen.Id hate to spend all that money if they wont be good offroad..

No idea here... Have you tried a 4x4 truck forum?? I bet you'll get a lot more help there.

I checked a 4x4 forum but didnt want to register just to search site. Usually mud trucks and mud atvs go hand in hand so i figured id ask here. O well ill just go with the big brake kit with plain rotors.
