That's not the first time I've heard this. There was a couple page thread on HL not long ago about the same thing.

We have a couple sponsors on here but I have never dealt with any of them personally. Might send them a message just asking about things.

Thumbs down Buyer Beware!

I had problems too!
I cancelled my order and had to get the BBB involved to get my account credited.

They kept telling me they were having "computer" problems.

I have had the same problems. There prices are pretty good on some things, but they are all over the place with the shipping. I can order something and a buddy orders something three days later and he gets his first. One time my buddy paid for the fast shipping and it still took like a week and a half.

ive only orderd from them a couple times, and the shipping was slow. but i got the stuff. Dennis Kirk is the first place i look to find stuff, they may be a few bucks more but ship same day if ya order early and next day if ya dont. 3 days is the longest ive waited on parts from them with standard UPS ground. if they dont have it i try BikeBandit.com thats where 99% of my o.e.m. parts come from. after that its Ebay
