We still got plenty of time, well not that much, but 4 months as I know Most folks need to put in for vaca time of clear their calendars and what not.

let me get up to the camp grounds in the next day or so to do a face to face with the owner, and see how many it may take to get a discount, that might help other members decide if they can make it or not.

I am trying to get everything posted so everybody knows up front what its going to cost & what is available, as I KNOW money is tight and if I can do a little fancy foot work to save somebody some money it might allow them to come!

We just got nailed for $300.00 to change the spark plugs in the truck yesterday, its got those Overly high priced plugs in it and 3 out of 8 broke which tacked on another $100 & as we were going to drop off the truck went to start my Car and it was dead as a door nail (I got something draining the battery)

but for right now the 2nd or 3rd weekend sounds great to me.......

PS: I was thinking if anybody want to get in early we can do that too, but I would like to do a 40-50+/- mile ride on Saturday which can be adjusted accordingly, which gives everybody Seat time and time to enjoy the Fellowship & views too!......and their are some breath taking views around here!

Ive just never understood riding WFO on trails just because your Quad will do it....the whole Idea of this thing is for everybody to get to know each other and ride also!

its optional,
Their are No laws that force you to wear a Helmet in TN, unless you are street legal & Drive on the roads.

It would be nice if some of you guys would install Google Earth from the link I posted ( the Winrock one) it shows all the trails that have been mapped and you can ride on with out worry of anybody bothering you to wear a Lid!...if you so choose!

it would also help me to show the Members who's interested in attending what I had in mind for the Saturday ride & might help you make up your mind about coming!

but would require about a 3 mile haul of the Quads (ya got to cross HWY-75 to a parking area) , but it worth it for the Vista's alone & its a good 40-50 mile trip....you even get to learn a little bit about WW-II Secret History and the Manhattan project during the trip!....I lived here most of my life and didnt know about it until I got into quads!
