Talking about Sticker Shock.....I come unglued doing research back when i Found out I was a diabetic its unreal!

Short story....dont eat or drink anything that say Diet on it & you will be eating & drinking much more healthy,................ some of those labels are so misleading, I have no idea how they get away with it....the first thing that comes to mind is something that my mother used to use (Lite mayo). ...it was by far worse than real mayo , but it was lighter in COLOR, but had way more salt and additives to make it whiter...I was stunned!

as far as my weight I eat like a California hippie for 8 years, I eat so much Chicken and grains I started to molt and want stop at the local Feed & Seed to eat! I walked and worked out for over 8 Years Daily Religiously! I was hard core into it & the only way I could drop weight was to starve myself.....and I finally said F-it

this is the way God made me and during this time is when i blew out my knee on a dam treadmill from walking everyday.....

since then I have not gained any weight period...I'm not saying exercise is not good, Because it is really good for the mind & Body, but ya got to do it for the right reason (FOR YOU)....not to conform with what society says!

steroid injection has me a little on the aggressive side right now!

Every person has a different body composition and metabolism. And I read all my labels...even when it's the bad stuff, so I know just how bad I'm consuming. You gotta live!

I ought to call SS's Foreman "Saggy" in honor of having to deal with his booty riding him in the mud.

Wrong type of roids......actually the shots have "some" in them, but their mostly something else that I cant spell or pronounce.....so I just call it a steroid shot....... because it allows me to be able to walk!
