Default New Honda Models

Just wondering if anybody else has heard the latest Honda news. I was talking to my buddy's honda rep last week and he said in his district and all across the board hondas sales this year are way up..... %35 in our area alone. He said last year the sales were way down and thats why we didnt see any 2010 rubicons. Well he told me that the rubicon may infact come back! He said the sales on hondas utility divison are going so well that the 2010s are almost all gone and they will be releasing 2011s in the not so distant future.
I started asking if they were going to release a smaller more nimble UTV such as the polaris rzr in the future and he said YES! He wasnt sure if it would be for 2011 or 2012 but they are bringing something along those lines out because the bigred isnt getting much attention. I just thought Id share some of the news with you guys, and if you know any more than I just added feel free!!!

I talked to a guy at the local dealership and told him it would be nice if they gave an option SRA or IRS for the Foremans and he told me they probably never will cause the Foreman is their work horse model and he would be really suprised if they did. Thats all I heard.

Well my buddy talked to his rep again this week and got the official news. Honda is making a "RZR type" UTV for release later this year. It will have a new big bore motor in it. And in 2011 Honda is releasing a 2012 big bore quad. The rep said that this quad will be the biggest baddest quad made. He didnt give a motor rating but it will be a v-twin. They want to blow away the competition because in the world of big bores in the last few years honda has been last in the pack...... Not any more!

Yea my buddy just got a rincon... didnt have to pay for it (prick) and said yea ill be trading this in next year. I was like yea must be nice, Ill be ridin mine for another 10 years lol. But that may just entice me enough to get a new buggy and start from scratch building everything for it. I have too much time in mine already to ever get rid of it. So yea it would be more than likely a hunting/work horse.

h22are not knocking u or ur buddy but did u read the april 2010 issuse of DIRTWHEELS because they have pics of these ideas but i honestly doubt they are the true designs because of the motors claimed to be in these machinces for instance the utv's motor is a 1800cc six cylinder gold wing motor and the quads motor is a 750cc 3 cylinder. i don't know but i wish they would built it.
