Default Trial lawyers

Why is this site taking ads from trial lawyers trying to screw over Yamaha? It needs to go away or I'll certainly have to.

Yeah, I would think low life trial lawyers hurt this sport. This country needs to man up, we all know this pastime has it's dangers. So you get hurt, I'm sorry, but don't ruin it for the rest of us.

the reason for the yamaha ads on there is because people are sticking there leg out in a roll over trying to keep it from going...yeah its the owners fault when they try to stop a 1200# atv .

Default crap

Mongo is right... this passtime has risks.. most of the time It's totally driver error... couldnt find one single thing wrong with the quad that I could have blamed the manufacturer the last time I ran her into a tree... I'm pretty sure that it MUST have been some sort of interplanetary screw up which pulled my quad off course !

well, since i work for scumbag parasitic trial lawyers...

they wouldn't exist if it weren't for:

(1) stupidity
(2) gross stupidity
(3) dumbasses
(4) complete tools
(5) greedy biatches
(6) a complete lack of backbone amongst many, many people, of which the number is ever increasing, who refuse to take responsibility for their own actions. After all, mommy and daddy took care of their every want, now why shouldn't Uncle Sam/the insurance company/Social Security Disability/YOU?

I wish I could tell you everything I've seen...

people who trip over parking bumpers in parking lots and then sue because THEY didn't watch where they were walking... becasue those parking bumpers really jump out out at ya...

people who jaywalk out in front of cars going 50 mph and then sue when they get hit/hurt...

kids who trespass and commit grand theft by stealing heavy equipment from private property to joyride and then flip it over on top of them and hurt themselves badly and then mommy and daddy sue on behalf of their delinquent little brat...

yeah... i've seen a lot of this crap.

best thing for you to do is to take responsibility for your own actions, and encourage others to do the same. if you do something stupid, admit you effed up, that it's YOUR fault, no one else's and GET OVER IT. If more people would develop this attitude, there would be a lot less fraud in the courts and a lot more money to pay for things like... teachers and schools rather than judges and clerks and prosecutors.

my grandfather use to say a man with idle time gets in trouble. funny isnt it? a dishonest person or a thief will work twice as hard as a working class joe such as myself. case in point? where i live 4 out of 13 of use go to work in the morning ( the rest require 12 to 14 hours sleep) oh well.
