welcome to the forum !!!
it sounds like a stripped rear axle to me ....pull the swing arm boot back and see if the rear driveshaft spins when in gear giving it gas .with all 4 wheels on the ground

I would think if it is a 4x4 you could switch to 4x4 and the front tires would move it also to test it.

TM is a 2x4. If you leave it in gear and with the rear end jacked off the ground you should be able to turn the tires over by hand and see what is slipping.

thanks again..trying to download manual..still have machine at my buddy's house so I can't check rear axle til this evening..If that's it I might be able to get him to knock a few bucks off the price, because it looks like $300-$400 bucks in parts if the axle shaft is stripped..

got manual to download, now just have to clean some pop-ups off computer so I can take a look at it.. When my son gets home he can help, because I am really bad at this computer..I also have to figure out how to enlarge it so I can see whats-what..I do really apprieciate all the help..I can't wait to get into that axle and see if that is indead my problem..I seen the ajusting screw in the front of motor, but apparently that only adjusts the play in foot shifter...it is froze up anyways, and I know that the case has to be removed to fix that...I will look up all possible parts..just so I know what might lie ahead for me...Thanks Again..
