Mine started the nasty squeal after some river riding this weekend. I ran out to the garage with a can of WD-40 and sprayed around where keith86 mentioned and that took care of it. A big thank you!!!! Try it out, it could work for ya.

The front brake rotors rust really easy. If it isnt driven for a few days, they will develop surface rust and squeak quite a bit till the pads wear it all off. Happens to me on both of my bikes all the time. It mostly does it more the harder I grab my front brakes.

took it to the dealer they said it might be the same problem they are having with the 420s with the front seals going out as fast as they can put them in, he said if you spray wd40 in gap it will last for a cupple rides but will still go out intill it wears a grove in the axel. i hope this aint whats wrong with mine they wont know till they tear it apart.

while i was there i asked them if they had many 2012s come in with the rattle yet and he said they hadnt sold many and the ones they have sold have been to farmers who dont ride them hard.

Something seems quite odd about that.. this is the first i've heard about a honda ATV having that serious of an issue.

I would guess they are overstating the leaky differential seal that honda has had for 14 years. My 2012 foreman has been squeaking like this for a year, and its a seal lacking a little grease.

I dont think wd-40 would be the best product to use on that purpose. I think best to use would be sprayable motorcycle chain oil. It penetrates well and turns into a sticky, water resistant grease.

still havent heard from the shop yet to see for sure what is wrong and foreman 2012 i have been spraying a little liquid wrench chain lube in it with little diffearnce in the problem but i agree wd40 cuts grease and oil so over time it will dry with no lube on it
