Yea, the dealer could have had a hand in his confusion as well...... its hard for them to keep up with rincon..... rubicon..... talk. May have been a slip of the tounge.

Right, I forgot the recon.

Rincon/Rubicon/Recon....... theres enough confusion there to last a new potential owner a few days of "what was that thing again".

true...recons, rincons, and rubicons...can confuse newbs...but, i caught the 3-speed thing, and i blew it off because he specified trx500fpa....the p indicates power steering. i don't think the "p" is an option on the trx680fa. it's hard to confuse the group if you know the models.

Call these guys: Kentucky Motorcycle and ATV Dealer - Honda of Prestonsburg

They wont give you crap and will give you the price over the phone. When I bought my 2012 Foreman they were within about $50 of the cheapest places in the country. Largest volume honda dealer in Kentucky.

About 120 miles from Kingsport. Just a hair over a 2 hour drive.

They have Rincons and Rubicons. The website shows MSRP, call them for the actual price.

only suggestion..is your willing to drive 500 miles to save $500-$600 which i agree saving money is saving. But think about your warranty claims if any. Dont wanna end up with a case like Bombidude on here..then have to drive it back to your dealer everytime. Just my .02 to think about, besides that enjoy your new bike wherever it comes from!!

Its a honda warranty.... any dealership can work on it as long as they're an authorized honda dealer.
