I have a 2007 foreman 500 and I'm in the middle of replacing the stator, or alternator. Everything is ready to be put back together, I'm just having a hard time trying to come up with a good way to hold the recoil pully in place to put the bolt in and torque it down. I've been searching online for quite some time now and have not seen any discussions on it. Normally you would be able to use a screwdriver to hold it in place, but you cant on this one because it is recessed. Got any ideas that dont include spending $80 on the [07SMB-HM70100] recoil pulley holder that I would most likely never use again?
