Default Tire sizes

Hey guys I've got a 2012 foreman with a 2 1/2 inch lift and 27 XTR's but I'm thinking of going bigger and I came across a guy today who maybe willing to trade some 29.5 Outlaws for mine, think I'll have any issues fitting them??

welcome to the forum from utah.

you may need to do a little trimming on the rear of the floor board but other than that you should be just fine. maybe a gear reduction in the future

Well I guess it doesn't matter now the guy doesn't want to do the deal all of a sudden. I wish I would have done my lift before I bought wheels and tires cause I would have for sure went bigger but this info is still good to know.

I was told by my dealership that you could put 29.5" with out putting a lift on but he said there would be a little rubbing. I dont know how true that is but I would def think you could with a 2" lift

a 2" lift will make it rub more since your bringing the rear axle closer to the floor boards
