Default Carb help

Hey guys, I had a 2001 rubi that wouldnt start.. SO I tried cleaning out the carb.. Good news is it started right up.. Bad new is, I must have something messed up. It runs great when choked, but as soon as the choke is off, it dies.. Even when giving it gas.. It seems as if something is wrong with the throttle.. Any ideas? It seems that its not just a idleing too low problem either. It may just be in my head, but the the gas lever feels lighter..? Is there and adjustment somewhere that maybe I messed with? Thanks guys

I would say clean in again. I take the carb apart and soak it in seafoam, then use compressed air to clean all the little nooks.
