Any other way to start
Is there any other way to start an foreman with out the pull start and the starter out?

even if you where able to get it running , with the starter out water , dirt would get in the motor threw the starter hole pluss oil would probubly leak out that hole . why dont you take the starter apart and see whats wrong with it

I took it apart. some black stuff came out of it then putt it back together and it still doesn't work.

theresa lot of electricty that runs threw the starter when cranking it over and the brushes are sackrificed from the heat generated . basicly thay ware out so you can replace them insted of the whole srarter

ok. also when it didn't work my buddy told me to hit it with a hammer and hit the starter button at the same time and it worked but only once

that works for awile but i think your starter is in need of brushes man
