Default electrical issues?

I've got a 06 Foreman S and I've got a major electrical issue that's got me stumped and i would appreciate it if someone could tell me where to find a schematic or give me ideas where to look.
My problem started one day I went to start the 4 wheeler and it cranked up fine and run mabie a minute then it died and when I went to start it again all the electronics shut off like the battery cables was loose so I checked my connections and nothing wrong eventualy thou all the electronics went out so I manually tried starting it and it cranked up and I went to leave but it died shortly afterwards but it run ruff up till then almost like it was running out of fuel. I've since got it to run but it will only run when I have the headlights on or the brake lights on and while its on the spedometer flashes on and off and if I apply the brakes while the headlights are on the headlights get brighter but the motor still cuts out and won't rev high. I disconnected the battery while it was running and no change so I removed the main fuse from the fuse box with no change but every fuse is good even the main one. Does anyone have any ideas?

Sounds to me like its grounding out somewhere, Do you have any spliced or bare wires?

If you havent figured it out yet, try the ignition switch and the harness. I was just having a very similar problem, and it ended being a short in the connection where the ignition switch pig tail goes down and ties into the harness at the frame. I was having intermittent stalling, not re-starting, headlights flickering while running, then dead bike, no dash lights etc... There is also a good chance of a shorted wire as well with those symptoms.
