08 honda 500 foreman
I have some how lost my first gear on my bike**********all the rest of the gears are ok~~~~~~~~~~~any help would be greatful

pull the motor because you took al the teeth off the first gear . i just went trew this on my 450 .

this was the 2nd time this happend in 57 miles on my foreman so i bought a good motor off ebay and put my top end on it .the first time i did the work myself and it was over $400 just in parts . but the 500 is a little different so IDK what yours will be

if you pull the motor and have someone that has rebuilt one before its a good 5 1/5 to 7 hrs just in labor plus parts . you need to figure out what someone will charge labor by the hour
