Hey I took the racks off my foreman last night gonna herculine them. Took the front bumper as well, plan on painting it chrome along with the front skidplate. Tonight I am gonna take all the plastic off and seperate it, everything thats green I'm plannin on camo dip kitting with Boggy Vision Camo. Was thinking about using stainless steel buttonhead bolts to replace all the platic fender grommets?? Gonna camo dip kit the rims as well when its all put back together.... Any comments or pointers on doin this job????? What not to do? What to do? Leme know what ya thynk

when the plastics are off it is a perfict time to adjust the clutch, sand , prime, and paint any rusty parts on the frame . also its a good time to clean and dielectric grease all the eletrical conections ! (way easer when the plastics are off ) thats all i can think off unless you want to install a winch .............

Yea i'm gonna give er a good cleanin & tune-up. Counter-clockwise (left) to resistance, then 1/4 turn clockwise (right) to set, tighten setscrew for clutch.. Correct?

yes that how you adjust the clutch .
i also have one more thing you can do with the plastics off .....valve adjustment . i dont know how long its been since it was done but its a good time now .

Hmm, Its going to look amazing but I highly doubt that stuff is going to hold up with trail life.
Ive seen alot of guys do it on guns and they seem to hold up rather well.
Im very curious to get a review from you about a year down the road!

That stuff is pricey! How much is it going to run you to do your entire machine?
