i've never heard of anyone putting 1 2" lift on another 2" lift.

you can do a 2" lift with spring pucks without hurting anything. if you go more than that though your cv joints wont handle the angle.

i took a 2" piece of sch-40 pvc pipe and cut a 1" section out of it and stuck it between the top of the shock and the top of the spring.

No you can't put one on top of the other. All you can do is what SS said, spring spacers. They won't give you any true lift, but they will stiffen up the suspension some. That way it wont sag as much when your riding it and you might gain an inch ish. Personally I don't like them, I don't think the harsher ride is worth it.

the whole reason i did it on the rear of my bike was because the springs were getting worn and i always ride 2up. i tried it in the front and it was like a bucking bronc. nice thing about the pvc though is i just got out the dremel and cut it out. so i didn't have to pull it all apart once i found out i didn't like it
