Im want to get an hid kit installed on my foreman with out breaking the bank

any suggestions

Look for a xentec kit,.... thats what most on ebay are anyhow. I have 3 sets.... got'm for like $34 shipped a piece. There is no direct replacement for these machines but alot of people retro fit h10 kits in the lowers.

Yes, there is a direct pnp hid kit for the lowers now. Eagle eye lights has them. Pricy tho, about $170

If you want to see I would go with 5000k, if you want blue go with 8000k
