Kenda Bear Claws get good traction, light enough and wear good. Discount tire has one that looks to be very close to it, trail finder I think is the name of it. I run Bugs and am very surprised at how well they last running down the road.

They do well. They ride pretty smooth unless your going very slow on hard pack. About the only complaint I have is if your on a side hill that is slick they will want to slide (sideways) on you but I only notice that in the winter months when the ground is frozen. For an aggressive all terrain tire I'm more than happy with them.
