Headlight and display light problem

I have an 07 Foreman 500 and i am having a problem with my headlights and display light. Somebody flipped it for me several months ago, so I had to get a new front bumper, front carrier, upper headlight, and ignition switch. The headlights and display light have been working fine until a few days ago. The lights where coming on after the machine was running for a few seconds, but now nothing. I have cleaned out the light switch with contact cleaner, and made sure everything was plugged up right. I have checked all the fuses, they are all good. What could be the problem?

Check to see if you've got power the the light. I dont think that all the lights could be blown but check them. I'd start there.

Does the battery have a charge? Does the winch work? If you have ES does that work? Have you tested the switch to see if it still works? Is there any breakes in the wires? that would cause a short but there should be a blown fuse......

I would think it's the switch. Take it out and check it with a electric meter

You stated that the ignition switch was changed. You may want to check and make sure that the pink wire is connected to the ignition switch as the pink wire supplies battery to the lights. Also is it only the headlights that do not work? Do the tail lights work properly?

My headlights were working fine but now something was going on with the fuses, and the screen was going out, the atv was still running fine. i fixed that problem everything else is working but the headlights the tail light works fine. when i put a 30 amp fuse in the fuse box that does not get blown, when i put a 15 amp in which is the requirement for that slow, that fuse gets blown after an our of use with the atv.
