foreman 500 gear reduction?

ok so im planning on putting 29.5 outlaw skinnys on my atv. maybe the new outlaw 2s how much of a gear reduction do yall recommend where to get one and how hard is the install.

14% should do you well. Some go a bit more, but that's up to you. If you have some mechanical ablities, it should take a half a day or a 12 pack. Whichever comes first.... It should come with complete instructions....

i'd recommend around a 15% gr. if you want to pm me i can get u a number to a guy that builds them, he's off the highlifter forum. he's good at what he does.

For the regular 29.5's 15% should be enough in 95% of mud. Now for the outlaw2's don't even tink about them without a 35% or maybe the double GR for 50%. Those things are gonna be HEAVY. heavier than the current 31's

So how does this type work? is it the transmission or in the motor? Also what does it cost?? If he is on high lifter, you have a link to that site?
