Default lost 09 foreman plastic

hey ,went on a ride couple days ago and went to wash her off and my dumass has seemed to have lost the plastic cover ,on the right hand side....is there anywere, i can buy just that piece at.i found one site, but from there drawings i cant be sure on which piece to order.. its the red and blk piece on the right side. any help will be greatly appreciated .thanks

Looks like this site has them. OEM Parts Honda FOURTRAX FOREMAN RUBICON (TRX500FA) 2009 BODY COVER - Cheap Cycle Parts I think you're referring to part#16.

Sounds like you lost more than one piece, some of the plastic side covers are colored(red, green, etc) and others are black depending on where they are located. Have all of mine off right now doing some service.

The lower black covers are shown on the "Rear Fender" parts diagram.

Also be aware the link above is for the Rubicon.

no,just the one cover.top part is red,bottom part is black.

I lost that piece too. Wonder if there are recoil starter covers scattered all over the boonies......

Check your rubber grommets that the piece snaps into when you get your new one. Mine were almost pushed out of the holes, so the piece wouldn't fit very tightly.

A couple of well placed holes and a zip tie and it will never be lost again. We do this to all the covers since we ride in water a lot and the force of the water loosens them and whoops. I have a few spare ones now since we found a few on the shores.
