Default 2003 rubicon shift and speedo problems

Hey folks,
I have had a little mice under my barn that has wrecked havoc on my rubicon. I have already repaired the wiring harness that attaches to the frame behind the front fender on throttle side, a green connector, with a green/black, white/black wire. A black plug and the wiring harness that attaches to it....The wires have been spliced back together BUT....The speedo doesn't work and when you are driving in D1 or D2 the trannie is busy...down shifts abruptly when letting off throtle, revs high trying to find correct gear...in esp...all is fine...All fuses are good...Any advice on where to look would be appreciated!

Welcome to the forum. I would guess there is another wire somewhere they chewed. Does it give any codes (FAQ section at the top of this forum section)?
