what size trailer would be good to haul around my 06 foreman 500 4x4? getting it this weekend and im gonna buy a trailer so i dont have to borrow my father in laws everytime i need to take my 4 wheeler out...

theres a 5x8 at lowes for 728.. is this a good deal? and do i need to tag the trailer? i live in FL if that helps

Are you going to ever want to put another quad on it? If so I would recomend a bigger one.... $728 is REDICULOUS for a 5x8 trailer.... If I were you Id hit up the newspapers and find a used one. Heck My 5x12 was only a few years old and I got it for $400 cause the guy needed a bigger one. Im sure you have some kind of "equipment trader/want-adds" in FL, Id pick one up. By tag do you mean a registered license plate, if so yes you do.

5x8 is fine for one quad. You should find a used one for around $400 or less.....don't buy brand new if you don't have to. Just make sure the one you're getting has decent tires (preferably 12"), working lights, good flooring, and maybe a ramp gate.

we got so many trailersfor a good price in utah its amazing. i just bought a 5x14 that needed a lil work for 150 bucks. no deck, no lights, and bad tires. he had the lights deck and tires for it. so i built it to how i wanted it. i'll post some pics next time its a nice day around here
