has anyone seen the new foremans? or have pics of them? our local dealers dont have any up yet and i was wondering if they made any drastic changes to them for 2010. i heard rumors of IRS so that makes me curious as to why they only have the ranchers and rincons available at my dealers .

It doesn't appear as though they've made any changes except for the rancher.......it seems to me as though honda's getting left behind.

Due to the economy Honda is not making a 2010 Foreman. I just bought a new 2008 and asked about the differences because i thought about waiting. They are going to start making them again in 2011 and there is talks of IRS and EFI going into them. I think they are still making all the other models in 2010 except the foreman

that doesnt make sense not to make the foreman for 2010. they rincon i can maybe see but not the foreman. but at any rate i dont see this being an issue for parts.

I read something on hondas 2010 line up and pretty sure thats what it said and the only thing to see a change was the rancher for like the 5th year running

I would have to agree slightly that Honda Foreman and their ATV's are being left behind a bit in terms of what other manufacturers are doing...rear swingarms, posi lock, power, efi, etc. BUT....I think for most of us diehards...the main reason we bought our Hondas was because it does what we ask of it without all the frills.

I would like to see a larger displacement Foreman type machine though....I think that would sell bigtime. NOT BELT DRIVEN.

Here's my opinion as far as the 2010's go. The 420 and 680 got new model years because they was or are almost sold out. They are still cleaning up warehouse inventory on the 500's but it will not last the 2010 model year. What they will do once inventory runs out (manual foot shifts are very low at the moment) is push the models that are not selling (ES models). This is going to hurt Honda and it's dealers. We can just hope for a late 2010 add on of the Foreman (which will be the same as the 09's but a different vin letter for the year) or an early release of the 2011's with some improvements.

When Honda closed the plant down for 3 months this summer it hurt them in loosing quite a few employees. This left them underpowered when it reopened and low production. Honda was trying to play it safe and not get into a financial burden with a warehouse full of old inventory and it's going to take a impressive 2011 line-up to get them back on top. Just my opinion.

I was looking forward to seeing if there were any changes. I wish they would make the 500 with IRS and a dif lock. I love my foreman and to me, with those ugrades, that would be the ultimate all around machine. NO BELT DRIVE for sure! If only Honda could read all these opinions and suggestions!

Id like to see like a true 500 or 550 FI motor still foot shift ofcourse also Id like to see a diff lock please give us a diff lock honda and I like to SRA over the IRS otherwise Id bought a rincon think it be nice to see the option for those that want it kind of like the rancher AT even tho its an auto some guys have been swaping there foot shifts out to a IRS but doing some fab work to get it done.

But yea little bigger power plant FI

if she stays sra set the rear tires alittle farther out for us lifted guys wanting to clear are bigger tires lol

and im happy
