Default clutch adjustment

i found an article on how to adjust the clutch but cant remember where i saw it can some one send me a link? if not i think you loosen the lock nut and tighten the screw then you back it off a 1/4 turn then tighten the lock nut. is that how its done?

You turn the adjusting screw counter clockwise (out) until you feel resistance then turn clockwise (in) 1/4 turn ..

and its located right on the front of the engine correct?
