Electrical Problem have 12v but very little power

I have 12 volts at the accessory outlet but very little amperage. I can't run a air pump using the accessory socket.
It does have enough to power a usb port.
I disconnected the regular thinking it was the problem but the socket still worked at the low amperage.
I'm stumped! Please let me know what you think is wrong.

Garage
Is the socket clean? A lot of the times it's a ground problem.

The socket is shiny clean.
Checked the green wire to ground. No resistance. Looks like a solid ground.

Problem solved!
Frayed cable running from the keyed switch to the fuse box.
