Okay I installed a Triangle boys snorkle kit on my 2002 foreman 450. It idles like if it was brand new, but when I go to give it trottle it bogs down. I put tape over the snorkle and cut out a square about 1" by "1 and it would run fine. This cant be normal after the snorkle kit is nade for this bike. I also had a lot of fule draining down my overflow line. I have taken the carb off and I am Going to do a lemon Juice cleaning. My question is why is the bike sucking so much air and what can I do to fix it? If I hold the trottle wide open it sounds like when you max out on RPM's. I am trying to get the bike ready for mud nationals in Jacksonville Texas at the end of March. Any help will be appreciated.

ill bet that you need to go up a main jet or two because its starving for fuel ..(lean)
a wheeler with a snorkle will sound like a freaight train because its at ear level

What kind of jet kit do I need. Where can I find one? Are they hard to installed?

did you raise the needle all the way?

i had to put a reducer in the tip of my snorkle cause it was getting to much air and it has ran perfect ever since dont now if this is the same case as yours but its worth a try my wifes was also the same way i put a 1 1/2" snorkle on hers and it run like sh*t then i put a 1" reducer in tip and it runs great now with no prob

with the triangle i think you have to move the clip on the needle all the way down (raising the needle) and sand the top of the needle off and add a washer.
