High Lifter doesn't make any of the components of the BBK. The gaskets are Cometic, piston is JE, Sleeve is L.A. Sleeve, and I forget what the rings are. All good quality components. FST wouldn't make any of their own either, it would be the same brands or similar. Buy whatever you want from whatever company treats you the nicest when you go to order.
Thumper Racing also makes a 475 kit, they use a Wiseco piston but that is all I know.

Yeah I don't know if I'll go with a bbk now I have been hearing to many negative things about them and I don't want to sink that much into it with all the bad reviews I heard I prob just stick with a gr

BBK's get a bad rap because people sink their bikes, fill the motors with mud/sand and then rebuild them with a BBK without cleaning out the bottom end.
Big Bore kits, if installed correctly and in a good motor are 100% as reliable as a stock motor. Gear reductions are good if your running big tires. With only 28" Zilla's you'd be giving up a lot of top end for no real reason. Gear reductions are not the end all answer IMO, there is a big compromise you have to consider.
