are the 2001 and 2003 450 foreman engines the same?

i believe the engines are the same unless you switch from es to s then they change a little. but crankcase part numbers are the same from 01 to 03 es models didnt check S model part numbers

anything is possible with enough money. the front crank cover would have to be changed and the right wiring harness would have to be used. im sure theres more im missing but it could be done
