2000 honda foreman 450 4x4 for $300?
I have a local guy with a 2000 honda foreman 450 4x4 that is complete but not running. He said he was riding it and tipped it over on its side by accident and ever since then he cannot get it to run and is tired of messing with it. I talked to him and he said if I wanted it i could have it for $300. I know nothing about atv's and just started looking at purchasing one. He says its a carb problem. He also says it needs tires, a muffler (the current one was gutted), and the seat needs recovered. He said it ran great until the tip over im just a little skeptical about the situation, any advice?

Thats about how i bought mine today i have 726$ into it.... and i ride it like i stole it...maybe cause i did in a way...lol
