Anyone use them? what size?

i built my own with my 2007 foreman 500.

i took 2" sch 40 black conduit, the same stuff i used for my snorkel. then i cut a 1" piece off for each of the rear shocks and then i put them in. it helped alot. no more sag out of it.

you could even go a little more depending on how bad your springs are sagging

HL lift kits use spacers in the springs also. Bit of a pain in the azz to install but works.

Im using 1in aluminim spacers in the rear. I installed them to help when I have a passenger on back or a load on the rack. Got em off ebay cheap but make your own sounds way better.

making your own costs about 3 bucks for a 2' section of pipe.

if you look at the top of the spring you can see the 2" sch-40 pvc. it worked great

Did you use a proper spring compressor to get them on there? I have seen some "interesting" work-arounds for that... Not overly safe ones.
