Default Honda and Yamaha Wheels Interchangeable?

ATV newbie here.I just bought a 1998 Foreman with OEM tire/wheel setup (24x8x11 Front & 24x10x11 Rear). My tires need replacing. I found a guy with some take-off tires on rims from his 2005 Yamaha 680 Rhino. The tire size is (25x8x12 Front & 25x10x12 Rear).I found a chart online that says they both have 4/110 bolt pattern. The Foreman has a 11x7 rim and the Rhino has 12x7. Would they both have the same backspacing? Any tire/wheel experts know of any issues that may arise from bolting on Yamaha wheels/tires onto my Honda? (Clearances, speedo calibration, etc?) This is a budget build and I don't want to spend anymore money than necessary. (IE no lift kits, spacers etc.) If the wheels WON'T bolt on will the tires fit on my OEM Honda wheels?

welcome to the forum !
if the rino has a stright rear axle (STA) yes thay will fit no problam
if the rino has a independent rear suspension (IRS) then you will have to run 2 1/2in spacers on the rear rims .

I'm pretty sure it has independant double wishbone front & rear suspension. Aren't spacers bad news on atvs like they are on trucks? Any idea what spacers would run me?

I would keep looking for a set of take offs that will fit without using spacers or search for a good deal on some tires that will fit the wheels you have.

The guy will separate the rims and tires. I should be able to trade my 11" steelies for some cheap 12" Honda rims.
