Default Milky Oil

So I checked my oil today because I am going riding this weekend and noticed it was very milky. The bike has not been sank, no water has made its way into the air box, carb, engine or anything like that. It is snorkeled via intake and also the crankcase breather and all diffs and what not and no water entered through their snorkel either. How could water have gotten in there? I have already flushed it once with cheap oil and seafoam and am about to do it again. Any ideas?

i cap the snorkels when spraying it off. It was in a lot of water last time I rode it but I assure you none entered via the snorkels.

if you are sure water isnt getting in from the snorkel pull the pullstarter off and see if that seal off the crank is bad ! mud can pack in there and destroy that seal quick

I've heard this before and I just had it off and it looked good. I will have to check again though.

Can I run the motor with no oil filter? I assume I can, just remove the filter and spring and put the cover back on. I don't want to go through 4 filters just to remove some water

just keep the old filter and rinse it out every time with diesel. that way your not cycling particles thru the motor. just a thought. worked for me though
