Default 9" rear wheels????

Hey guys, I'm lookin at a 97 foreman, may be able to get it on the cheap. Haven't seen it in person yet but the guy says "4wd don't work" so I'm thinkin someone has ran the front diff dry and pull the axle shafts and or driveshaft, not sure yet. If I can get it, ill rock it with 2wd for now. My question is, will a 25x12x9 mount on the rear, not sure how the brake drum and everything is set up as to whether I have to run an 11" or bigger wheel. The tires are bald on this thing and I have an extra set of 25x12x9s and a 25x8x12s.. thanks!

i doubt that the rear wheel will clear the brake drum if the wheel is only 9"
