Default Changing constant 4x4 to 2wd/4wd selectable

As the title says i have a 99 foreman 400 constant 4x4 and am planning to change it to 2wd 4wd selectable by putting a breaker on the front propeller shaft. I know about the warn 424 and that they are discontinued and now there calling big money so i am making my own. I have an idea in mind on what way to do it and will keep this updated on progress i was just wandering has anyone any links to home made ones before. Any input would be appreciated

Was looking for parts diagram for a warn 424 just to see how they did it but going with cuting the shaft putting trust bearing each side to keep shafts engaged on engine side and diff side and usin a sliding collar on a lemon drive shaft or splined shaft it might be a little bulkier but it should work
