Default Shock swap?

I'm wanting to lift up my foreman 400 more. Its got a 2" lift but i wanna get a little more. the shock swap, you put the rear shocks on the front and then put foreman 450 shocks on the back? is this correct?

you wont get anymore lift then 2 inches the a-arms only go down so far same with the swingarm. you can put foreman 450 shocks on the 400 they mount upside down though but you cant run them with the lift you will brake axles and u joints. you want more lift put bigger tires under it!

from what i read, i think the shock swap will give more lift than the lift kit. so i might take the lift kit off and do the shock swap.
