The first one I ran across with that problem had me baffled also, lets just say it wasn't a money maker..lol The first 420 that came in with a bad fuel filter had me on wits end also since it would run perfect until the cooling fan kicked on. I talked with HM when he was still on here to see if he ran across any problems like it, searched the forums and came up with no solution so I started swapping parts. I think it was 4 months later Honda came out with the replacement filter, guess they didn't like warranting the pumps..
