Exclamation Honda 400 4x4 carb/timing issues??

Honda 400 4x4 '99 Was running but smoking losing compression during early deer season. Took top end off, new sleeve, stock spec NEW namura piston, rings, gaskets, pin. hones to specs. TDC to flywheel and piston. bolted everything up. had it running 5-10 minutes then died. New spark plug, new gas, cleaned tank, intank filter. cleaned carb/jets (all stock) and no go. have fire, have gas to carb. with cover/airfilter off intake box I can hold hand over intake port (inside airbox) and I get good sucking (intake) and a little back blowby. Is this normal or has my timing chain jumped? Sounds like a carb issue. but I have never noticed a blowby coming back through the carb while cranking before. Oh and valves were lashed to spec 0.006 Thanks guys. Need this thing ready for last muzzleloader and late bow season back in KY.

Default not valves, cam chain

UPdate: took off front cover, sure enough d**n cam chain was loose.
needless to say picking up cam chain, and while I'm at it I'm adding a 2007 trx500fm centrifuge clutch, mechanical clutch pack and gear reduction. pulled off ebay. I'll upload images and updates.

Found an amazing deal on salvaged bike with centrifuge clutch, mechanical clutch, gear reduction, bearings, races, etc. for a song. Referenced clymers and oempartsonline.com and the races/bearings/clutch basket/centrifuge basket are identical. the only difference in 500fw and 400trx foreman S is the 07 centrifuge has 6 weighted clutches instead of the 5 in the 400. since I'm replacing teh cam chain and my units have some wear, thought i'd change out. this unit has only 3700 miles

Plus more bang for your buck is my motto. Kinda like shoehorning an EFI 302 roller motor with gt40 heads T-5 and ford 7.5 IRS rear into a 93 miata.

Update!! Delay, with weather, the holiday...work..
Anyway put new timing chain on, slapped centrifuge clutch 500 foreman clutch pack/friction plates, new gasket, bolted on front cover, oil in, dropped down on the wheels. 2 primes, choke on and literally the first cycle VROOOM!! I almost fell out. It's 28 degrees out and about 48-50 in my garage. Anybody need a brand new aftermarket carb. I have one for sale $200 plus shipping. Never seen gas/installation.
