97 foreman I have replaced all ignition components ignition coil, ignition unit, pulse coil all so rectifier. It will spark once every time you turn off the ignition switch.

just for the **** of it, check the off/run/off switch on the handle bar. If it's off, you will get no spark, I have hit mine numerous times while riding and never knew it.

where these used or new parts that you replaced and how are you spinning the engine over, starter or pull rope? inspect all connections and the fuses for corrosion.

There are a couple of trouble shooting guides posted in the 450 section. I'll see if I can locate them for you.

This may sound dumb. Did you change the spark plug.(ngk)?

checked the reg rectifier and the new and old same result checked the pulser is good.
