EBC sells a good aftermarket set of brake shoes, most any atv repair shop can order them for you. some may even have them instock. The brakes on all the old honda's are a pain to keep in good working order. They require constant maintance, mud and water only makes it worst. a front disc brake kit is the only other solution if the bike stays in the mud.
